Clinical Mentorship Program

We recognize the importance of a mentorship program for all new graduate hires to assist with the transition from student to clinician, and to introduce them to the culture and practice. 

Our goal in this program is to create confidence, competence and promote success within the profession.

The mentorship program begins following a 3-month on-boarding process with each new hire.

You will be paired with an experienced therapist who possesses advanced skills and knowledge in the area of your interest or needs.

You will meet once a month with your mentor for a 2-3 hour one-on-one session throughout your first year of employment. These sessions are utilized to discuss clinical topics, review patient cases, and enhance clinical reasoning. You will have the opportunity to practice and advance your manual skills as well. 

The mentorship program is also offered to new hires with experience, as well as our current employees who are interested in continuing to develop their skills in a specialty area. 

We also offer a generous Continuing Education package and regularly host in-house courses with nationally recognized speakers to meet the educational needs and professional development of our employees.
